Interview process began with a phone interview conducted by an outside vendor. Questions were generic and very general to the job description, nothing of a very personal nature. You are told over the phone if they are willing to do the second interview in person on site. Email communication is sent for the time and location of the interview, done in the office you would be working in. Second interview is conducted by two members of management, asking questions about previous job experiences and going over basic corporate beliefs. No tour is given at the time, telephone contact is made for the offer later. Work environment is a call center, you must learn quickly and independently to be up to speed. Due to the nature of the work, not much interaction with coworkers or management on a continued basis - 85% of your time is on client calls. Office offers many amenities on-site, such as a cafeteria and small gym for employees as well as a nurse staffed clinic for minor medical emergencies.

A long of Interview process that begins with an initial screening call then another interview that's more extensive etc. and Pre-employment process takes a bit of time with the background checks which is very extensive from my experience

I was referred through a friend.
And on the next day i had to give the in office interview.
I was fully prepared and the interview went very good. the interviewer was impressed by my answer and it was evident enough.
by the end of the interview the interviewer did ask me about the person who refer me and about the CTC that i last had in my previous organization. and just then Interviewers face went low and he became serious for no reason. though he was talking to me professionally, but he was a bit skeptical and was asking me unnecessary question that was not even related to the role or the process.
Later the only reason why they rejected my application was because my previous package was higher then what they had a budget for this role.
I agreed with the offer, but still they were concerned as the the interviewer had a very off mindset with the person who referred me.
and without giving any feed back, they just kept an email stating that my profile doesn't aligns with the requirement.
and technically i have 4+ years of experience in Customer Consultant for B2C, B2B and C2B customers with SaaS and Telecom tools.
I felt very bad, as they really bought there own personal agenda in between a candidate and the job the candidate is applying for.
I had a phone screen with a virtual interview it was easy and more of a get to know you interview. The interview process was an easy process. she only asked me 5 situational questions
