The interview process was professional, welcoming, and well organized from start to finish. Communication leading up to the interview was clear, and expectations were outlined in a way that helped me feel prepared and confident.
During the interview, the atmosphere was comfortable yet structured. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions that focused on my work ethic, values, and ability to handle responsibility. I appreciated that the conversation was not only about qualifications, but also about character and alignment with the company’s core values.
Overall, the process felt intentional and respectful of my time. It allowed me to clearly express my strengths while also learning more about the organization and its expectations.

One of the main questions they asked me was how I demonstrate ownership and accountability in my work, especially in situations where no one is directly supervising me.
The question stood out because it focused not just on skills, but on character and work ethic. It gave me the opportunity to explain how I take initiative, follow through on responsibilities, and hold myself to high standards even when no one is watching.

Entrevista
Quick and fairly straightforward, screening process is fairly sophisticated as it should be. The interview itself was average and underwhelming. Would be nice if the hiring manager could be more straightforward of their wants and needs of the role and the type of candidate their looking for.
