Coca-Cola came to my college to recruit. I had an intense interview on campus, then one over the phone and the final interview was with one of the IT Vice Presidents. This is a behavioral interview. They'll ask for a situation, your action, and then the outcome/result.
*Never ask questions regarding amount of work hours per week
*Never ask about job benefits
*Never ask about pay
*Never ask how long it takes for a decision to be made regarding hire
*Do ask, "What are the next steps in this process?"
*Do ask, "Is their a opportunity to stay employed part-time while in school?"
*Do ask, "How is your experience with this company?"
*Do ask, "What makes this a great place to work?"
