I applied online and within a few days received an email from HR. After an initial phone screen with the HR recruiter, I was invited to a telephone interview with the hiring manager and another HR rep. Standard questions - no curve balls. After that, I was flown to Atlanta for a series of interviews (4-5?) with other members of the team. Most of those interviews were conversations...no tough questions. Even though some of the interviewers were a bit icy, a month or so after the first phone screen, I was extended an offer.
