I applied for an "Administrative Assistant" role that turned out to really be a "Training & Hiring Coordinator role, which I was pleased about.
I applied online, was contacted within 3 weeks by the Operations Manager, who would be my supervisor. Nice and concise interview on the phone, then I met in person at the Chapel Hill office where I met the Ops Manager and another PT associate that would later train me. Super nice people, they made me feel comfortable immediately.
I got the green light for the job within a week.
