I had a phone interview with recruitment coordinator. I was called into the office for an interview with a manager. After two days, I received an email to attend the assessment day in one weak.

first one ask you about the company and stuff, ordinary questions.
the second one ask you to perform:
1.ask you do translation. don't think they evaluate that.
2.ask you to call up a retailer ( the interviewer). asking standard questions. evaluate your performance later.

You apply online, they get back to you, you come in for an interview and if that goes ok they invite you for an assessment day, it took them quite some time to get back to you
