I was interviewed at their Bellandur campus. Their interview process consisted of group discussion, aptitude test , HR round and then Technical round. Everything went well and I was selected for the role but could not join as the compensation offered was really too low and inhuman for me. If you are graduate student, then it's a good pay but for a MBA not so good atall. They say that they need MBA but they can only pay you salary of a graduate student. I mean after investing lacs of rupee after your education and having good amount of work experience why will i work for a salary of 20-22k which i could have easily got after my Bachelor's degree.Its really saddening to see such huge and profit making organisation offering such inhuman salary that too in an expensive city like Bangalore. If anyone gets this offer then please do check if you are comfortable with the given offer and then only join.

It was a bit lengthy process but the outcome was pretty good. The interview rounds were good for screening the right candidates. The first round was an aptitude test, then a group discussion, then an HR interview and then finally a one on one personal interview.
