Get a call from one tech. guy and asked some past experience and gave a problem ask how should I design and program. Then the guy called in the evening and said he setup interview 2 days later, will send me the detail. The next day I received email, and was told to prepare about 3 hours interview with different people, also some brief direction to company. I asked a phone in case I need to contact someone for unexpect situation. But never got reply. The morning I came to the company, two tech guys (included the person called me) interviewed me and told me there would be HR person and director and some other people interview me. During interview only the person did not talked to me asked some general question, mostly about past experience, then they switched to other two tech people to interview and I was told that they just got resume minutes ago. And during interview, one of them got called out of room by one of previous interviewer and later backed in room. After while, they said interview time out and said they would send me out reception to sign out and someone will call me in the future. I was puzzled what's happened, since they scrappled the whole schedule and finished interview unexpectedly.
One week later, I received an email (standard format) from online job board, said that I was not selected for the position.
Never had such experience before and don't know what's happened for the interview. Why they can change director/HR's interview schedule without any explaination? Very bad experience.
