Shortlisted based on the Recruitment Agency and then sent to the company site for further rounds. Written & Three Rounds of Interview. Interview rounds were first with the HR, then the Team Leader and finally with the Area Manager

Entrevista
It was a bit lengthy process but the outcome was pretty good. The interview rounds were good for screening the right candidates. The first round was an aptitude test, then a group discussion, then an HR interview and then finally a one on one personal interview.

It was quiet straight forward, very friendly and welcome, lasted about for half an hour plus shadowing with an employee to get to know the software and tour around the office ... felt very welcome and left with an satisfied feeling

Entrevista
I was interviewed for the role of Order Management Specialist in Bangalore. The process went for 2 days. Very unprofessional HR staff. They made us wait till 8pm in the evening and the again called the very next day for the final round. After that there was no response. I would recommend if they can send a courtesy email of rejection if the candidates are not shortlisted.
