Entrevista
Overall process took an entire month with following stages:
1. Initial screening interview with a Recruiter.
2. Technical coding challenge in HackerRank with 3 problems to be solve.
3. Code pair session with 3 (or more) engineers in HackerRank. They give 2 (or 3) coding challenges and they asked you to screen share while you solve those.
4. System design interview with 2 engineers. They give you a problem sentence and you need to go through implementing a high level solution.
5. Q&A panel with the team you are applying for (engineers and manager). They ask technical questions regarding the tech stack of the project.
6. Offer letter/negotiation.
7. Background check ran by 3rd party company.
All technical interviews were conducted via HackerRank (coding challenge, code pair, system design).

The process is very smooth, and HR are cooperative until you are being considered; after that, they won't reply to you Email.

Hiring Manager Interview-About your experience and resume-based questions
Technical Interview (Live Coding and/or System Design and/or Technical Presentation) - 2 rounds simultaneously on the same day.
Coding - it was a medium question - I prepared a LeetCode-style question, but they asked a competitive type of question (I was able to figure out the logic but not the code)
System Design round is based on the project that you have done, and then they expand it by adding more functionality. RAG Questions about Chunking, etc., overall workflow of the cloud.
Job Fit Interview - Didn't pass the last round, so not sure.
I asked for feedback multiple times, but HR didn't respond. I was sick for one of the interviews, and they were very helpful with rescheduling.

The worst experience I have ever had with any company. I applied for a role in August, I initially started the process with a recruiter and when through the initial call. Got a rejection said the role was filled. A week later the role was reposted. I got in touch again and we restarted the process.
We did another HR/Recruiter screening, and then entered a loop where their Polish based (outsourced?) Talent Partner don't even have Calendly links to share. After 3-4 weeks trying to schedule a call with the hiring manager, we finally found a slot.
On the day of the interview, no one joined.
Absolutely outrageous and unprofessional. Suffice to say, you must be desperate for a job to be willing to get through their interview process.
