I found that the interview scheduling was a bit haphazard. I was called in for a face to face, then had a phone interview, and then called back in for another interview - which was to be my second to last. But before my last interview I was asked to come in for one more. Ultimately after I finished my last interview I met with another hiring manager for a completely different job and since that requirement was more urgent than the job I was originally interviewing for - I was gently but surely told that the company's preference would be to fulfill the second role. All the people I interviewed with very obviously very busy - but still very approachable, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The interviews were really conversations where after reviewing my qualifications the focus was on discussing the job at hand, the expectations/responsibilities and fit.

Entrevista
First call with recruiter focused on why this role and why me.
Second call with hiring manager and another director. A one hour call. The questions were about CV and product - theoretical questions like when have you followed the voice of the customer, or tell me about how you worked with ‘Gen AI’ - and then some odd questions like ‘ tell me the opportunities you see in the legal tech space”.
The hiring manager wasn’t attentive and treated the interview as a check box exercise. The use of Jargon and buzz words were massive - to the point the way they described the role was filled with jargon. They wouldn’t let me seek clarity and allowed me 2 min at the end to ask questions.
Not a great impression at all. They said their business is struggling as they face competition from startups but had no plan on what to do about it.
No clear idea on what the role actually was or who it was actually reporting to.
The hiring manager thought i was someone else. Showed little prep on their side.
I opted out of the process. Came across as a very junior role in an insecure team.

Entrevista
I had to go through several rounds of interviews, all of which were very friendly. The process was fairly quick, and they were specifically seeking someone from outside the industry. They were interested in a combination of technical and managerial skills, with a lot of focus on how I've handled situations in the past.

Entrevista
HR screening interview, interview with Hiring Manager, then 3 group interviews (3 X 2 people in each). The process took 3 months. At each stage got very positive feedback, except for the last one where I go no feedback. The interview process was simple and casual. I was not impressed by how slow the process was and to get a generic rejection email after so much time spent interviewing with TR.
