Very lengthy process. From the time that I applied to the position till the final decision it took almost 4 months and at every step, I needed to do multiple follow-ups to get the hackerrank test link or the take home project. The interview steps: 1. Hackerrank assessment 45 mins, 30 multiple choice question. The questions were related to classic machine learning, statistics, and NLP. 2. Phone interview with a recruiter. Behavioral questions and because the recruiter was a software engineer, the interview was more technical that I was expecting, but it was easy. 3. 1 hour interview with the hiring manager. Questions about my resume and my experiences. He also gave some info about the position. 4. Take home assessment. A kind of an open-ended NLP project which was a multi label classification. It had a 24 hour time frame. 5. Virtual Onsite interview with 3 steps. each 50 mins. a) Job fit: asked general questions to see if you're fit for the position and the team. b) TECH: to estimate the technical exposure. Asked some ML Systems design questions. c) asked super easy questions from the take home project.

After initial interviews, there is a data challenge which we should finish in 24h and write a report about it. The process continued with 4 additional interviews (2x Behavioral, 1x research, 1x data challenge follow up )
