I applied for the role through a referral. I worked at Thomson Reuters before, took a break to go to grad school, and found this role on a different team, so I applied. The process was simple, HR Interview, Hiring Manager Interview, Interview with 2 teammates. I went through the whole process which took about 2 month. I was ghosted after completing the interview wand received no offer. HR was not very responsive. Especially given that I am a former TR employee + applied through referral, I was very disappointed with the communication throughout thee process. The interviews were simple with mostly behavirols.
