3 interviews - 1st with HR, 2nd with Team Leaders - very positive, a bit more technical, 3rd round was even more technical with two people from India, the interviewers were not friendly and rushing to next question, negative experience

Completely wasted time for the recruitment process, which lasted four weeks and would probably have been longer if not for my e-mails about the recruitment status. The first conversation - HR - determining the date of availability and the amount of remuneration, and although it was several thousand zlotys lower than the previous one, the HR person said that it should not be a problem (I reduced the rate by several thousand zlotys myself). Then I received an invitation to a technical interview, which went well, and then to an interview with a panel (two people) - this interview was about fitting into the team and the company and it went smoothly and in a nice atmosphere. Then there was silence... I felt like I was ghosted, but I still asked for feedback because I participate in other recruitment processes. Finally, I received an answer that the salary I requested was not adequate to my skills and was above what the team had - I would like to mention that I have over 17 years of experience in IT Support. I decided to ignore it. I consider the time spent on recruitment to be completely wasted because I could have been informed that they could not offer the salary I expected during the first interview, even though I know from experience that the budget allowed it.
