Multi-phased. First a general screening, second a phone interview and lastly an interview in person with a group of three people. They ask some non-traditional questions that look to see how your mind works and how you look to solve some random problems or situations.

Entrevista
I interviewed with HR, several managers, and a lead support analyst on the team. It seems like a thorough and informative interview process. I found it very helpful to speak to so many on the team.
