General questions on academic background, Procurement-specific topics, Automotive markets, couple of logic/math quizzes. They also still rely on behavioural questions ("what was your greatest failure at work? What was the biggest challenge you faced?" Etc.)

Entrevista
Very direct to the point, asked some technical questions related to the position and another questions related to Toyota.
During the interview the recruiter mentioned that I had more experience than needed. But there were senior positions and I wasn't selected either. The overqualified feedback was just an excuse.
