After the phone screen, I was invited for a face to face interview in Brussels. Both HR and Manager were kind and asked the questions professionally. It was more a discussion rather than a one-way communication. They wanted to understand the logical thinking as well as the quality tools. Not so much about the mechanical work of the car or so ever.

30 mins phone call with 2 different interviewers. We talked about my previous experiences, discussed job requirements, and expectations. They asked me several technical and not technical questions. People I talk were extremely nice.
