Phone interview with HR screening rep. A week later I had an in person interview in Torrance with 3 people. The manager of the intended job, a department co-worker who formerly had the position I applied for and the department head. This was a very specific job and my background matched it exactly so the interview process was more about learning the way TFS manages risk and what the job entailed.
