2 step process:
1 HR interview
1 Functional interview with the hiring manager
Potentially one more with the director
The HR took one month and half from my application timing to the 1st interview. Even though it sounded positive and the HR rep implied they'd organise a 2nd interview, they never even came back to me (reminders don't work) with a "no thank you" 4 months after my application. Now I can see the job post has disappeared and did not get even noticed.
Ignoring the candidate, especially those who started the process, is not giving a good impression of inside the organisation.
