I gave my resume in university career fair and got a phone interview next week. After one month waiting, I got the offer. Some of the phone interview questions related to my resume, and some are behavior questions. I was told to get the final decision within two weeks. But the schedule was delay because of their travel to Japan. However, people are nice, including the recruiter in career fair and the Co-op coordinate for phone interview.
