Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and setup an interview. 2 people in the infosec department would do a video interview on Teams. 1 of their people did not show up, the other rushed through some questions and sounded like they were on speakerphone while driving. No video took place. It felt as though they were fulfilling a requirement to interview all candidates, but had someone in mind already. Very disappointed being stood up by one person, and not getting to interact over video.
