Disorganized. Toyota made multiple requests for phone interviews. When the time for Toyota to call to conduct the interview there was no attempt by Toyota. I was surprised to receive a rejection letter with statement it was nice to speak with me. Unfortunately, I was not interviewed so I am unsure of who they spoke to.

Applied online. Had phone screen with recruiter who then scheduled a video interview with two managers. Very efficient process. Interviews went well and were more conversational rather than technical. Entire process from application to offer took about 2-3 weeks
