3 Steps: 1) Phone interview that last for almost an hour. I don't remember the questions, but they were pretty obvious and nothing caught me off guard. 2) Going to HQ to do a mock email where we pretend to email an interested customer as to why they should buy our vehicle opposed to competitors. Pretty much wanted to know if you can compose basic sentence structures and can use proper grammar. The other half of the interview required you to shadow a case manager on the floor to see what they do and if it interests you. 3) Final meeting. You will have a panel of 3 people. At least 2 are from managerial levels. They ask you questions like "What are you proudest achievements?" "Why do you want to work with Toyota?" "Tell me about a time where you were asked to lead a group." "Tell me about a time a group project was going downhill and what did you do to turn it around." "How can you fix a group who don't work well with each other, for the benefit of the end goal?" Pretty much, same basic questions from the phone, but also give you random scenarios that could arise in a group setting and how you improved/could improve the situation.

I've only completed the initial interview (the phone. i did the application Apr 5, Virtual Assessment was emailed to me about a week later then i was called for a phone interview Apr 27 and had it that evening. She is supposed to call me next week to schedule the in person interview in Plano on either May 16 or 17th. The position starts June 22nd
