Lengthy. Be ready to wait and follow-up a lot. lots of interviews with many different people. Interviews are formal and challenging. Know your stuff. Practice STAR answers. The process is very beauraucratic. They want to see that you're committed and really want to work with them. I interviewed for 12 positions before getting an offer.
