it was okay, I arrived 20 minutes early I was greeted immediately by the sales people outiside they probably thought I was coming in to buy a car. After that I met with the assistant manager who was really nice and asked me a few questions, after that they had me meet with the actual manager as well. He asked some questions and showed me around the building as well. After that I was told I would recieve a phone call if they were to offer me a job and the owner called me a few days later

Clear, to the point. Great company really, got to meet the senior sales consultant and also have an interview with them, and they had a great balance of ease and hardwork.

Wear a suit and don't stutter or appear nervous and you got the job...Tell them you want to make a lot of money,simple as that and if your a woman don't wear some thing you see at a club and be born attractive..Also bring a resume and smile along and laugh at the jokes,just know it's all contrived but you will get the job it's cake.

Entrevista
You have to meet with all the managers for approval and then you have to do two hours of job shadowing and meet everyone that works there. If everyone approves and there is no negative feed back, you get the job.
