Comprehensive and well organized interview process. Was impressed by those interviewing me and always received feedback quickly between interviews. It was a nice touch to meet & greet team members during the final interview stage.

Questions about the company culture at my current employer, and how I felt about the culture at Traction.
O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Traction on Demand (Guelph, ON).
Entrevista
Recruiter, hiring manager, homework and presentation to the team, HR.
Recruiter that is a new hire and cannot answer any question related to the role nor the benefits.
Interview with the hiring manager was pleasant however could sense the tension as she is doing two roles at the same time and seemed stressed.
Both interviewers keep referring to huge growth expected to occur in the next year as they get into new lines of business and expanding their consulting services for “hi tech”. Both cannot explain processes and how the company is preparing for such growth. This is a big warning sign for anyone joining Traction.
Since zero information was presented about compensation and I needed to ask questions, I simply asked why there are so many negative reviews on Glassdoor. The response was disturbing “I don’t know”, “ why is that important?” and “we are going thru growth, it is obvious there are challenges”.
The cherry on the cake was not getting any response for over a week after second interview. After my follow up email I received an apologetic email from the recruiter saying that “there is automated response that failed this time” and a rejection stating that the hiring manager advised that “great cultural fit but didn’t talk enough about his experience” while this is the only thing we did for over 40 mins during the video call. Go figure.
I know that your VP People is reviewing these comments and I want to just say that if the interview process is somewhat indicative of the nature of work at Traction, I pass.
When you’re dealing with people with experience and trying to acquire talent that is going to be responsible for your money and humans, you probably also want to treat them so that they won’t feel like working bees nobody cares about.

Third was an opportunity to showcase skills as a PM.

Behavioural questions
Questions during case presentation.
Opportunity to play with Salesforxe tools and discuss design. The time allotted for this was a bit short..but enough to demonstrate the ability to understand high level features in the context of the hypothetical case presented. All in all a great experience
