Several interviews, very uncomfortable throughout. A waste of time. If the hiring manager doesn't think the candidate is a good fit, then what is the point of moving on to the next interview? Each interview, the hiring manager became ruder, and when I asked questions in a group interview, the employee looked scared to answer questions.... I dodged a bullet.

The longest interview I ever meet. I took five round interview, including 1 phone interview with HR, 1 phone interview with Design lead, design test, on site interview with four different people and 1 onsite meet cofounder, total spend more than 2 months. After numerous meetings, the HR told me it will have an another design test after this, I was so surprised and serious doubts this company hiring process. Especially I already spent a weekend to finished the design test, they still ask for another design test after meet cofounder?? I didn’t heard any feedback. after three weeks they told me they move forward with other candidate.
