I have been a licensed therapist for 6 years, but because I recently moved to California, they said I would be considered a new clinician making the lowest tiered salary. I found this to be unfair, and the salary was not competitive.
The interview was very thorough and they explained it very well and answered all the questions I had. Interviewer was very kind and patient. They explained the benefits and perks working at the company as well as rates. They were very transparent.
