Solicited by recruiter multiple times. Met with clinical director who gave a case scenario and asked what I would do in an initial session. Was prompted with further questions suggesting that they were looking for more.

Something along the lines: What would you do in this case?
The interview was very thorough and they explained it very well and answered all the questions I had. Interviewer was very kind and patient. They explained the benefits and perks working at the company as well as rates. They were very transparent.
Someone reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we set up a phone call within the next week. I have been a licensed therapist for 6 years, but because I recently moved to California, they said I would be considered a new clinician making the lowest tiered salary. I found this to be unfair, and the salary was not competitive.
