Entrevista
1. Direkt nach der Online-Bewerbung habe ich eine Einladung zum Online-Test bekommen. Der Online-Test besteht aus zwei Teilen - kulturelle Fragen und analytische Aufgaben (fast nur Mathe-Aufgaben). Für den Test hat man Zeitlimit.
2. Direkt nach dem Bestehen des Online-Tests habe ich eine Einladung zum Video-Interview bekommen. Das Video-Interview wird aufgezeichnet, sodass man die Fragen als Statements vor der Kamera beantworten soll.
Das Interview hatte 7 Fragen mit jeweils 1,5-2 Minuten Vorbereitungszeit und 2-2,5 Min Antwortzeit. Alles wird super erklärt.
3. Scheinbar ist der letzte Schritt ein Assessment vor Ort. Soweit habe ich es aber nicht geschafft.

2 online tests both 20 questions with time constraint, one numeric which requires you to look at charts and choose the right figures, and one true false which require to read paragraphs and choose if the statement is right or not, then interview

Very nice they were very friendly and professional. The questions were fair and they asked plenty of questions to make you feel at ease. It was a great experience and they even provide feedback at the end.

First part is online tests, it will be numerical reasoning and deductive reasoning. if you study a bit beforehand you will be fine, just do practice shl tests. after online tests is the video assesement
