typical OCR hiring process, interviewed with 2 VP on campus for half an hour and then invited for Superday in Stamford for 3 b2b individual interviews and one group exercise. Pretty enjoyable experience but the waiting time is horrible
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
