I applied through their career site for Mainframe Developer/Lead role and got response from them in few days asking me to take up an online test 'Hacker Earth' within 3 days of sending . The online test had 30 MCQ's and was relatively easy but not sure why they rejected me.I cross verified all the answer once the online exam was over which i could see that atleast 95% of the answers were right,So quickly sent an email to HR askiong for my score but didnt recieve any response

First round was online Hackerearth with MCQs on Cobol, JCL, Sort, DB2, SQL with Webcam on. :-) Then I was called for F2F Technical interview. Interview was overall good, but I felt that for some questions(2 in specific) even though I gave correct answer, interviewer was not satisfied. I couldn't figure out(till now) if it was genuine confidence checking or just interviewer own misunderstanding. Thought of writing to them, as a one question can also change a lot.. anyway overall they were positive, so refrained from writing. Thinking may be just my bad luck. Some questions were scenarios based. Overall it was good experience, with some of my own bad luck. Not wise to add exact Questions, as it would be unfair with hardworking individual who don't get to see them. Bt will add topics. **One thing that I learned, you have to be prepared all the times, you never know when the door open and you are asked to go thru test. All the best to others reading my post.
