The phone interview was 30 minutes and conversational. Then a day later, I found out that I made it to the final rounds which was super day at the headquarters. At the headquarters, I was among 13 other students (of the 2nd portion of the interviews-- there were two day slots). I met with several of the top level executives and most was a fit interview
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
