Reviewing and talking on your CV and your experiences, and then mostly on technical questions about derivatives, detecting risk techniques, programming skills, etc. The managers were so kind and helpful, but very curious and intelligent. It was a nice interview experience for me. But, while I was expecting to move forward, I wasn't selected.
First round was panel Interview with 2 people, Ask questions on Statistics and resume. One was the VP of the team and other was regional manager. The Interview was not that difficult. But then I was ghosted. There was no reply from either HR or anyone else, I tried contacting them several times
4 rounds in total, 1 HR and 3 interviews with different members of the team, overall a smooth process with focus on the candidate experience and the value add to the team
