A very efficient process with good feedback. Three Video skype calls as well as an extensive background screening with academic qualification checks. Clear communication and instructions at all times left no doubt along the way.
The process was fairly straightforward - one product interview with the hiring manager, one with a senior engineering leader as this PM role was more technically focused, one with a senior stakeholder. All were virtual video interviews.
