I applied online, received an email requesting doing the online tests, including culture and numerical. Got a video interview invitation the day after finishing tests. I've got 6 questions to answer, with 1 min to prepare and 2 mins to record responses.

2 online tests both 20 questions with time constraint, one numeric which requires you to look at charts and choose the right figures, and one true false which require to read paragraphs and choose if the statement is right or not, then interview

Very nice they were very friendly and professional. The questions were fair and they asked plenty of questions to make you feel at ease. It was a great experience and they even provide feedback at the end.

Present yourself, why did you go from 1 industry to the other
First part is online tests, it will be numerical reasoning and deductive reasoning. if you study a bit beforehand you will be fine, just do practice shl tests. after online tests is the video assesement
