Entrevista
The interview was conducted via the Sonru portal and it consisted of 6 questions. The interview is an automated part of the application process. Before the online interview, I had to go through numerical and verbal reasoning online tests. 4 out of 6 questions were competency-based questions to test whether the candidate has done research about the company.

They included: Why did you choose UBS, why did you apply for this role, tell us about a time when you made decisions in the team, give an example of a time when you worked in a group.
There was one question that tested the commercial awareness and it asked to tell about the current deal/process in the market that is interesting to you.

Entrevista
Ho fatto due test online: uno di logica e uno su possibili scenari aziendali. Alla fine ti danno un report per vedere che tipo di persona sei. Poi ho svolto un colloquio con domande da registrare al momento.
Il colloquio era pre-registrato, classico video HireVue. L’invito arriva dopo la presentazione della domanda, screening del CV (lettera non richiesta) e superamento dei test attitudinali (AOL). Sono 7 domande in inglese, 2 min per pensare e 2 min per rispondere, un solo take disponibile

How do you keep current on financial markets? Tell us about a recent topic you followed.
Mostly questions around my background, some technical questions. The interviewer was really friendly and chill. I feel like they ask questions to try to know you better as a person.
