Entrevista
I received call from HR. At the initial level itself, I observed lack of interest towards interviewing. Still I progressed further giving technical interview. I requested for Job Code, which was also not shared with me.
My technical feedback went really well. Still, all of a surprise, I received rejection email from the HR. I was completely shocked with the provided feedback. I raised the same with company HR and requested for detailed feedback. And, the received feedback came out to be a complete false.
Advice to Company: Please don't reach out candidates if you are not serious about hiring.
Advice to Candidates: Please request for Job Code, so that you can verify genuine openings for UBS. Also please observe HR's interest towards hiring.
It was organised and smooth. Both HR and hiring department made clear process. I was able to understand the job role and was to be perform the interview well. Hiring team interview was more like a discussion and it was nice.

Entrevista
there were two rounds. One was hackerrank. This varies based on role. Once I had full-stack Java plus React and another I had Java plus SQL. 2nd round was on teams, they focused on low-level design implementation

The process was easy and straight forward. There were no difficult questions and it was more about getting to know the personality. Various rounds of interviews with different employees and a lot of coffee chats. Focused more on personality fit rather than on qualifications.
