I got through to the assessment centre in london. There were 4 parts to the day. First, given a folder of data about Toyota and had half hour to prepare presentation including SWOT analysis and 5 year plans. Then a competancy based interview, a more finance and technical based interview and finally a group exercise.

Number of phone interviews with Traders and Sales on the phone. This was done after being contacted by their HR directly for the role. It felt early on like they had already decided on a candidate but had to fulfill some formality.

Online test - Phone interview - Test center. Online test: not hard, just concentrate and you'll be fine. Phone interview: very polite interviewer; dug deeply into past experience and asked a question about option strategy. Test center: interview was fine; case study presentation was hard, lots of detailed questions. You WILL be asked about what's on your resume, be prepared!
