Everything went pretty smoothly. Applies for job on a Saturday, did phone screening on a Tuesday, had onsite interview the next week and was told I would be a good candidate for the position the next day after the interview. After that hiring process took several weeks but I was kept informed throughout the whole process.

What would be the qualities of your ideal manager?
Positive interview experience. Questions about excel and MS Office proficiency as well as Operational Risk knowledge. Would recommend preparation. Familirize yourself with the company and its pillars to success, you may be asked about values.

Entrevista
Hiring process is pretty direct and smooth. The HR called within a week to seek questions on my background and intentions. The whole process took roughly a month, including background check and getting accesses.
Panel interview was with both the line manager and department head.
