Entrevista
The day before my interview, I was invited to join the UBS recruitment team for a small dinner at my school. The entire team was very cordial and I had a great time getting to know them all before the interview the following day.
For the interview itself, it was primarily just a run-down of my resume and who I am. No technical questions, and there was sufficient time at the end for me to ask questions as well.
Overall great experience, bummed I didn't get an offer.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
