3 rounds, all in-person. Meet people at various levels, including juniors. HR coordinated it all and kept me abreast of the developments regularly. Finally met the Group Head. The toughest interviews were in Round 2, which had 4 different one-on-one interviewers. Overall, this is all pretty standard in investment banking

Interview process was smooth but they negotiated to bring me a year behind given slow market, highlighting their transanctional nature. Not something you look for in an ideal employer.
