Die Personen, mit denen ich das Vorstellungsgespräch hatte, waren sehr freundlich, professionell und zugänglich. Wir konnten uns sofort duzen und das Gespräch war freundlich. Während des Vorstellungsgesprächs hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, einen Test zu machen, sondern einfach eine Diskussion mit Personen zu führen, die an mir interessiert waren.

Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
