First he was asking me questions about myself and after he explained to me what the job would be about. He informed me how high the wage was going to be which can't be changed. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the information, programs and processes he told me about. But he didn't ask me any questions to control if I understand it so it was no big issue. He told me to come back to me in one week but the day after I already received the call that I was accepted.

As have worked earlier with vendor , it took only two rounds of interview. The worst thing I did was not negotiate much and settled down for the mere hike. Before coming pls do negotiate as once you enter there is a least possibility of getting good hike internally not even in double digit.
