Entrevista
The interviews were well scheduled and not just quickly done with by the interviewer. Questions made sense for the role and were overall fair. Feedback after the interviews would have been appreciated but that is almost nitpicking i guess.
Colloquio composto da 7 domande con 2 minuti per ciascuna per ragionare e 2 minuti per rispondere. Sono domande non tecniche ma per capire come reagisci alla pressione sul lavoro o il livello di creatività nel risolvere i problemi
Firstly Online test (logic), followed by interview with team management (around 45 minutes), and lastly interview with HR( few simple HR questions, availability, pay, availability etc, simple) and then offer.

It was an AI interview process with a video on, and preparation time. You are given 2 minutes to prepare and two minutes to anwser. In general, it is manageable with the a little bit of practice with AI interviews. More like recording of self-introductory videos
