I've given their cultural test twice but have never heard back from them. The test was easy, and even if I didn't pass, they could let me know this. Communication could be better, they should respect everyone's time.

Entrevista
Firstly get a call from HR and 1st technical round was organised. The interview went very well answered all the technical questions and code and was pretty sure that the round will be cleared but was not rejected not sure why and there is no feedback provided.

Java Question on modifiers, collections, automation frameworks of selenium, coding problems and achievements questions
1 )First round was online round from Hacker Earth which was not that difficult.
2nd Round was F2F . I was the first candidate to be interviewed that day . The questions were average to Tough . They were looking for someone who had core java skills . If i really had core java skills i would be a developer and not a tester . Only one question from selenium was asked . No questions related to FINANCE/BANKING/TESTING were asked . I was really confused what they really wanted from a tester . Looks like they were looking for someone who knows CORE JAVA but wants to be a tester .
