The interview was done with one big group hearing about the position and being informed of the duties, location, and hours and after that we were interviewed individually by one of 3 HR reps

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
