Got interviewed by very young people, it seems that senior management don't care to interview you. Vague questions, if you're are older than them you figure out that there is a lot of work for little pay.

HR will contact you via phone call and do a quick background check and scheudle for an interview. In total there is only one round of interview with the department manager. Following the interview will be the medical checkup.
