Start with giving general info on website (www.upsjobs.com ?????). Then contact is made to inform you that you can fill out an online application (keep and eye on your spam/junk mail folder). Then they called to set up an appointment time (1pm on a Sunday for me). Interview was more to lay out the job and see if I wanted it. They had already made their decision they were going to offer me the job. Next day I was set up for a drug test and DOT physical and that Friday they set me up for orientation time.
