Applied online Got a call a few days later.
Went in to the warehouse and met with HR and they asked simple questions like when you're available, can you lift 70 lbs, do you live close.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
